Relevant Expertise: Marketing Communications
Punam Anand Keller is the Charles Henry Jones Third Century Professor of Management. She joined Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business in 1998 as a full professor in the marketing area. She is president of the Association for Consumer Research (ACR) and a founding member of the ACR Advisory Committee on Transformative Consumer Research.
Her research focuses on designing communications programs to influence the voluntary behavior of target audiences in order to improve individual and collective well-being, with an emphasis on health and retirement savings programs. Her research on public service campaigns has been recognized by grants and awards from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Cancer Institute, National Endowment for Financial Education and the Marketing Science Institute.
Her industry experience includes consulting and executive development with companies such as Merck, Equitable Life Assurance, Kaiser Permanente, IBM, Grand Metropolitan PLC, American Cyanamid, LG, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Deutsche Bank, Sony, The Getty Museum, RCN, ABB, Infineum, Hypertherm, Blue Cross Blue Shield, EADS (Airbus), ING, Fujitsu, Unilever and NASD Investor Education Foundation.
